This morning you will fly to the Hunter Valley, renowned for its wine and stunning scenery. On arrival at the Sydney Airport helipad, you'll receive a safety briefing and have plenty of time to take photos before boarding your flight. During the flight you will be able to hear the pilot point out all the must-see sights and talk to each other through your headset.
The one-hour helicopter flight to the Hunter Valley takes you over Sydney’s iconic landmarks and harbour, with amazing views of the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge, then follows the coastline along the northern beaches to Palm Beach. As Pittwater emerges below, the flight heads inland to the Hawkesbury River and Brisbane Waters, before passing over the Central Coast to eventually land amongst the famed vineyards of the Hunter Valley.
Enjoy a wine tasting and sample some terrific wines the Hunter is renowned for, including crisp Semillon’s and ripe Shiraz. Then take time out for lunch among vines at an award-winning restaurant. While you sip a glass from you complimentary bottle of wine the chef will prepare a three-course gourmet lunch using the best local and seasonal produce.
Your decadent day ends with your return helicopter flight to Sydney -- with even more stunning aerial views!

With an early morning start, depart Sydney CBD for 1 hour and 45 minute drive to the stunning Blue Mountains.
As you make your way there, make sure to take in the stunning sights of Sydney as your guide gives you run down of the options to choose for your day of canyoning and abseiling.
Your canyoning and abseiling adventure involves abseiling down waterfalls, rock jumps and rock slides. All equipment is provided including harnesses, helmets, descending devices and backpacks. The activities included include Malaita Wall Multi-Pitch Abseiling, Claustral Canyon, Butterbox Canyon, Yileen Canyon and Empress Canyon.
Your guide can also arrange for a morning of dry abseiling and an afternoon in Empress Canyon. Tour includes professional guides, lunch and Sydney CBD transfers. This is a full day activity and requires a moderate level of fitness with a maximum of one guide to four participants.
Return to Sydney at approximately 5:30pm (for more advanced climbers, this may be later).

Enjoy commentary provided by your pilot as you head toward the Warragamba Dam and into the Jamison Valley while admiring spectacular aerial views of the Blue Mountains and the famed Three Sisters rock formation.
Land at Scenic World, a park-like setting in the Blue Mountains near the village of Katoomba that offers amazing nature experiences. Relax as you enjoy a a la carte lunch overlooking the mountains. Then, hop on board the Scenic Railway, one of the steepest incline railways in the world, as you descend to the ancient rainforest floor. Or, take the Scenic Cableway, one of the steepest aerial cable cars in the Southern Hemisphere, across the Jamison Valley.
Once at the bottom, follow the signs through the rainforest and take a walk along the boardwalks of the Scenic Walkway. Stroll through the lush rainforest and keep an eye out for native birds and other animals as you take in the gorgeous scenery.
Board the cableway or railway and head back up to the top, where the helipad at Scenic World is located, and board the helicopter for your return flight to Sydney.

Be collected from your hotel in the morning and head out on an eventful day packed with close encounters, vistas and walks. Departing early from Sydney and traveling to the World Heritage listed Blue Mountains, we make our first stop at Featherdale Wildlife Park, where you have the opportunity to get up-close to the animals, stroke a koala and hand feed kangaroos, wallabies and emus.
Then head through the northern section of Blue Mountains National Park, visit one of a range of stunning outlooks over the Jamison Valley to take in the spectacular views before visiing Eaglehawk Lookout for views of the 3 Sisters from a Remote Lookout Location.
Your overnight stay is at the beautiful five-star Lilianfels Blue Mountains Resort, housed in a historic country house set amidst two acres of manicured gardens.
Arrive at your hotel around 12noon and enjoy the rest of the day at your own leisure.

Day 2: Blue Mountains â€“ Sydney (B)
In the morning there is more time at leisure to explore more great views, unique rock formations, deep canyons and ancient rainforests before being collected at approximately 11:45am. Travel around the mountains to arrive at Blackheath and enjoy a delicious 2-course meal at a picturesque Hydro Majestic overlooking the stunning Megalong Valley (beverages not included and at own expense)
After lunch visit one of the most spectacular lookouts in the Blue Mountains, Govetts Leap. Enjoy the stunning views of the Escarpments and the falls. The last stop is to Mt Tomah Botanic Gardens where you'll enjoy afternoon tea and Tim Tams. Take a leisurely walk through the gardens and see the expansive views before departing the mountains and heading back to Sydney.
Get picked up from your Sydney accommodation at 9am for your private day tour of the Hunter Valley wine region. This tour is flexible, allowing you to customize your itinerary to your own preferences, and is the ideal romantic experience for couples.
